9th IMPCA MINI CONFERENCE AMERICA

Miami Beach, Florida – February 14–15, 2023

The 9th edition of the IMPCA Mini Conference America took place in sunny Miami Beach, Florida, gathering key players from the methanol industry at the Marriott Stanton South Beach.

On 14 February, delegates were welcomed with a relaxed opening reception on the hotel’s Ocean Breeze Terrace. For those arriving early, a golf outing at Normandy Shores Golf Club offered a casual networking opportunity ahead of the formal sessions.

The conference day on 15 February featured a concise but impactful agenda. Industry experts presented insights on global market trends, green methanol developments, marine fuel updates, and the natural gas outlook. Speakers included representatives from Argus Methanol, Nexant, Dan-Bunkering, S&P Global Commodity Insights, and the Methanol Institute. The event concluded with closing remarks from IMPCA President René Butzelaar.
