4th IMPCA MINI CONFERENCE AMERICA

New Orleans, Louisiana – February 11–12, 2016

Following the successful gatherings of previous years, the 4th IMPCA Mini Conference America once again brought together professionals from across the methanol industry – this time in the vibrant city of New Orleans.

The event began with a golf outing at the renowned TPC Louisiana, co-sponsored by Mitsubishi International Corp., Mitsui & Co. (USA) Inc., and IMPCA. Participants enjoyed a full day of networking on the green, followed by a scenic return to the city.

In the evening, registered delegates gathered for the Official Opening and Networking Event, hosted at the IMTT River Camp overlooking the Mississippi River. The relaxed riverside setting provided the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with colleagues and establishing new contacts in an informal atmosphere.

The following morning, a continental breakfast co-sponsored by Atlantic Methanol Production Company and IMPCA welcomed participants ahead of a focused business session. Speakers addressed a wide range of relevant topics, including the global methanol outlook, regulatory perspectives, and logistical developments along the Mississippi.

With high-level insights, valuable networking, and the charm of New Orleans, the 4th IMPCA Mini Conference America once again proved to be a meaningful platform for exchange within the methanol industry.
