28th IMPCA EUROPEAN MINI CONFERENCE

The 28th IMPCA European Mini Conference was held on 9–10 June 2016 in the vibrant city of Porto, Portugal, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The event brought together leading executives and experts from across the methanol industry for valuable discussions, networking, and knowledge exchange.

The conference opened on Thursday, 9 June, with individual registration during the afternoon, followed by the Ordinary General Meeting of Full Members. The evening programme featured a wine tasting and a relaxed networking dinner cruise on the Douro River – an ideal setting to reconnect with industry peers and enjoy the scenic beauty of Porto.

On Friday, 10 June, the business sessions took place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The speaker programme focused on current topics and challenges in the methanol markets, including trends in production, demand, logistics, and regulatory developments.
