21st IMPCA EUROPEAN MINI CONFERENCE

The 21st IMPCA European Mini Conference took place in Prague, Czech Republic, on June 11–12, 2009, at the Hilton Prague Hotel. As always, the event provided a unique opportunity for executives in the methanol industry to meet in a professional and engaging environment, fostering both open discussion and business development.

The speaker programme addressed current topics in the methanol markets, including the effects of the global financial crisis on the board and laminates sectors. Presentations also covered developments in formaldehyde, recent progress in bio-methanol, and updates on key issues surrounding the international trade of liquid chemicals.

Delegates were hosted at the Hilton Prague Hotel, located along the Vltava River and close to the historical centre of Prague.
